From enterprise analytics to founder

I'm the founder and CEO of Basis Flow, an AI development company building practical software for real industries, from ministry to higher education to small business. Basis Flow ships five products across two marketplaces, Google and Microsoft, all built on a simple philosophy: solve the real problem, price it fairly, and maximize what the user can do with their time.

Before founding Basis Flow, I spent 12+ years in enterprise data and analytics at organizations including SAS Institute, the Federal Reserve, The Hartford, Systems Evolution, and Capgemini. At the Federal Reserve, I worked on anti-money-laundering analytics that helped identify more than $20 billion in fraud, and I've trained more than 2,000 professionals across 15+ countries on how to put data to work.

In 2018, I started SpokeHub, a social platform that grew to more than 70,000 members and raised $2.2 million in funding.

Alongside the business, I carry a second calling: preaching and teaching. I grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, the son of two pastors, and I've spent years in local church ministry, from children's pastor to campus pastor to guest preacher across metro Atlanta. I'm currently pursuing a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership at Oral Roberts University, sharpening how I lead in both ministry and business.

None of it means much without my family. I live in Roswell, Georgia, with my wife of seven years, Ava, and our two-year-old daughter, Rose, who has a way of reminding me what all the hard work is actually for.
